ICT Maturity Assessment
What Is It?
- An ICT Maturity Assessment is an evaluation of the current state ICT environment against a desired target state. A well run assessment will also capture the resultant risks and actions required to address identified gaps. Often maturity assessments will be based on Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
